The ease of navigating the Comply Assistant application makes documenting security risk assessments so much easier.

I have yet to find a piece of the various components that are not editable.. So far it has helped me with my HIPAA Privacy & Security compliance documentation and management very well.

I have particularly appreciated the willingness of Complyassistant to work with us to make sure our users are comfortable and proficient. Our rep has always responded timely and made it a point to go out of his way to make sure we are happy with what we have.

This software is very easy to use. With an intuitive look and feel, the time it took to become productive was minimal. It is a scalable product with fantastic support to help achieve business needs.

There are some limitations on the forms an organization can upload.

Keeping track of the findings of a very aggressive compliance department has , over the years, proven to be challenge. Comply Assistant has simplified the way we can manage audit responses amd keep track of issues so they addressed in the most timely manner

Comply Assistant is a powerful and easy to use tool that has enabled us to keep on top of compliance issues across the board. the flexibility of the tool has even enabled us to do some basic contract tracking for all of the it contracts

That we waited so long to install it was our own fault and the biggest con. had we moved forward with this tool sooner we would have been in better position to track and manage out compliance issues.

Third Party Risk Management has opened our eyes, and helped us show the dangers to the rest of the organization in an objective manner.

Organizations never seem to want to spend money on Compliance until we are in danger of being out of it. Comply Assistant has a lot better workflow than other squish it in to something else products, while still being affordable. Our team, composed of partial FTEs, is so much more efficient with it than our previous processes.

I have seen a couple of similar products where the end user can fill out a tokenized form launched from their email without having to log in. This would be a nice feature.

The ease of use, features, and functions supports both the integration and orchestration of GRC.

The ComplyAssistant software meets 90% of our needs as an MSP, and we provide feedback to ComplyAssistant for improvements, and they value it and respond to it expediently.
