Pros:

Good software for managing cookies and consents on our websites, ensuring we respect the newest regulations. They have lots of webinars to educate us and keep us up to date with what’s new. They keep developing the product so I don’t need to make changes myself. Good pricing.

Cons:

The interface could be a bit more modern.

Best consent tag in Google Tag Manager

I use Cookie Information for all of my clients when i setup their tracking i Google Tag Manager.

Great support, good product, OK auto blocker

Overall experience with cookie information are very good. I have more pros than cons, to me the only downside are the auto-blocking feature not working as it should, the biggest upside is the support, always on point. Would recommend.

The support are great, replies that are actionable and understandable within a few hours. Also, the pop-up itself looks better than most competitors.

Cons:

Their auto-blocking feature does in my experience not work optimally.

It was super easy to set up the cookie banner and we still get all the data we need as they integrates smoothly with Google Consent Mode.Excellent support.

Cons:

The pricing model can in a few cases be difficult to understand, especially when we present it to our clients.

Easy setup and

The best part is that we don't even have to touch a finger after implementation. We use it system wide on all platforms so every new site we build has the same easy implementation.

Overall a great experience with Cookie Information, have been client for many years, and will continue to be for years to come.

Pros:

Great european Consent Management Platform, that we use on most of our clients at Fact, we like the simplicity and that they are always on the forefront of the ever changing Cookie compliance landscape. Since the merger with Piwik Pro the development of combined solutions, bring them to the front both in terms of CMP and analytics solution.

Cons:

Backend could use some work, to make it more use friendly, They have lots of data on company' compliance metrics that could both be presented better, and be better at explaining how brands can actually impact those numbers, and how those numbers impact marketing. They lack the possibility to have agency login to multiple account, is something that would be a nice add-on :)

I've always found tech stuff a bit challenging, but I was surprised at how smoothly things went with Cookie Information. With a little help from our tech guy, setting it up was quite straightforward. I especially liked how it just works, giving our website visitors a clear choice about cookies without being pushy. It's comforting to know that Cookie Information helps us stick to the rules while still being friendly to our visitors.

Cons:

Sometimes, I wish things were explained in simpler terms. I trust the platform to do its job, but a few times, I felt a bit lost with some features. Not all of us are tech wizards!
