Pros:

DecisionRules is super easy to use. It also has a great help guide to assist in getting started.

Cons:

I think the product is too simple at times. It is missing some key capabilities. I would also have liked to see some video tutorials for the platform.

Pros:

Effective SAAS solution, reliability and stability (basically running seamlessly for over 2 years now). Price is fairly low - we were early customers - and still is more than great value for money. Great and fast support.

Cons:

UI and rules definition is still rather technical. Although some changes have been made (like aliases) it could be more "business user" friendly.

Fast and easy decision solver

Overall, I've had pretty good experience with DecisionRules.io. It's easy to use , it really help me with my business and it's for the fair price. You can choose from simple rules and also you can use "Script rules" which is clever way to define your own rule using javascript. You can also has multiple users per space which comes handy when you coolaborate with other collegues. I would highly recommend this software.

Pros:

The best thing about this software is you can use this software for 2 months completely for free. Then you pay 49euro/month which is nice compared to other softwares on the market.

Cons:

I have found a bug where filtering was not working properly, but the developers quickly fixed this issue and now it works properly.
