Pros/Cons
Pros
- The possibility of having it on mobile is excellent when you are in the field. Your customer service is excellent.
- Fantastic for smaller user base who has a minimally established EHS system. Customer service is very helpful and kind.
- Everyone has been a pleasure to work with with amazing customer support, training, service and quick turn around times on specialized projects and form building.
Cons
- Lack of support, no manuals, online video introductions are long winded and a time waste for a busy manager.
- I have lost some audits in the past, from having to update all the time.
- When any drop down boxes open, you have to know what is listed to even be able to search an item. It does not display any of the existing items in the dropbox.
Pros
- It is definitely worth the extra energy you have to put into it at the beginning to set up your system. In addition, good documentation also adds value to our products.
- Labcollector contains already a lot of nice features which give the final application additional functionalities and a rich interface with a lot of possibilities.
- We found this solution an excellent compromise between cost and functionalities.
Cons
- The different layers of the lab book are useless and just add confusion. Trying to fit my recording needs to the lab book was the reverse of what I needed.
- Queries across modules difficult to setup. Not possible to customize the layout of pre-defined forms.
- There are some bugs in the program but if you report them to the developers they will try to fix them or at least they will suggest you a way to solve your problem.
