There are features of ACL that make it difficult to work with if you are trying to take notes or change a cell's information.

Training - I have never used anything like ACL so having really good training is extremely important.

Easy to pick up and learn. Allows you to rapidly analyze datasets and action.

Overall I think the highbond packages and online user forums/trainings are an excellent investment for any internal audit program.

I like how easy it is to use the Macros to create scripts that can be used for repetitive tasks. The free online support center and training classes help learning the system a breeze.

Lack of autocomplete and onscreen function parameters.

This Software continues to be the best Computer Assisted Audit Tool, it has the most features the best overall presentation and vast compatibility with other tools and IT systems.

Keeps things organized and helps us analyze large amounts of data quickly. Love it and would recommend to any audit team big or small.

Because of cost implications, our ACL licenses are limited.

ACL is super easy to use. We use it for both analytics and GRC.

We are currently using HighBond to Build Risk and Control Framework that is assessible to GRC projects.

One of my favorite, and most helpful things about ACL is the data import.

It is costly, the same functionality can be obtained from other similar AMS.

No policy bond available in the region until now.

I love Galvanize Academy. It's been a process for sure, but there's so much benefit to gain.

This is a very powerful solution. It provides great compatibility for remote control, and it is very easy to use.

Looks interesting, but smaller organization that is hard to reach.

We currently utilize ACL to normalize data (names) and then conduct fraud analysis on the payment requests to prevent duplicate or overlapping requests.

This is one of the most powerful and versatile analytics software packages available. The built-in functions are relevant and effective.

This tool give us the ability to gain more comfort over a process than we would be able to with a normal audit.

Powerful software, but there are cheaper alternatives out there that does the same job with better functionalities and ease of use.

It is clean and quick, and very easy to learn. Also the scripting is very helpful because you can rerun processes without redoing the work and have scripts run automatically.

Doing basic things analogous to 'a subselect in SQL' is more painful than it needs to be.

Great product with forward facing technologies.

At one time we delayed renewing subscription, but the support team helped us alot.

I dislike that the visual components of ACL are limited.

It has good features and there is a lot of good training available for ACL Analytics.

Ease of use, the log is simple and helpful for writing scripts.

The new geographical visualization is very good news. We were asking for it for many years.

The ACL community and support provide literally thousands of scripts and other helps. The new features keep coming and are amazing, like the ACL Robotics (automation functions).

Overall, our team is satisfied with the ACL tool. We are currently using it to track analytics projects and will begin to integrate more risks and controls in the coming weeks.

I would definitely recommend PowerDMS to any size company  asi it is well worth the investment.

The design is very thoughtful for the end user. While the setup interface takes some to learn, I would highly recommend this software.

I have no search bar, and no way to sort in order of date or name.

It becomes a frustrating mess when you attempt to locate previously signed off on policies for review.

Our organization uses this to store community documents and for continuing education. It's easy to navigate as a user.

My favorite part about PowerDMS is how robust its change-tracking capabilities are.

It saves time and money. The ability to have all of our important documents and training available for access anytime anywhere is invaluable.

As mentioned above, it can be confusing. There isn't a clear, or intuitive way to use this resource.

I have received nothing but the best from PowerDMS. This software is exceptionally user-friendly and if any problems were to arise, customer support is always extremely helpful and nice.

It is Difficult to redact public facing documents.

I love the ease of uploading and highlighting attachments in Power DMS. I also like the side by side feature that shows you what wording changes were made within a standard and when it was made.

Excellent, easiest way to inform the organization on changes, and allows each user to read and sign to ensure the information was delivered.

Easy to use, it's great because it helps get everyone involved.

Great product with great abilities to organize and make life/work more efficient.

In addition, the Training module works great in these pandemic times to allow for remote training.

Great for versioning and keeping internal controls, integrates with office.
