I think that the best thing about Promapp is its simplicity.

However, the speed and bugs in each upgrade for a client hosted version is very frustrating.

More advanced things as process timeframe and costing is possible and made easy.

Hard to write up IF statements. Hard to use the editor - will not allow you to cut and paste tasks.

There is very little I can criticise about this software; the value comes from its content and configuration.

Its exceptionally easy to use, has streamlined our QMS and audits, and is helping identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Promapp is really easy to use and customer friendly. Promapp dashboard is really clear and help all staff to know in just one look what are the items that need their attention.

Really like the interface when you're building a process, it was logical and intuitive.

Linking a process with other processes does not work all the time depending on where the link is placed. Entering Inputs/Outputs is not easy understandable for a user.

That's why most successful programs and software don't require login access when simply sharing something.

I have only used the free trial but thus far it seems like an excellent product though I cannot comment on what the price would be for the full version.
