  • Pros

  • I like its reliability and scalability. Significantly, I like its ability to offer a wide range of services ranging from storage, security, and networking.
  • The Software is excellent, fulfills what it promises, has a good return on customer service, leaves nothing to be desired. Very satisfied with everything the software offers.
  • Its a quality product with great documentation and functionalities. Love the free tear that lets you play with all the amazing tools to discover possibilities.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the security system finds suspicious activity on the server. Alarms always turn out to be false, but it is impossible to use the platform during such failures.
  • What I lean toward least about this product is that occasionally records are frequently incidentally lost. It can turn out to be extremely hard to search out some of my archives.
  • What I dislike is that there are some features which are not available and that's what make it unfeasible. Plus, the billing options are not front and center.

  • The integration of this with vcenter is fantastic. The backups are lightening fast and restores are exceptionally easy.
  • The Rubrik appliance is reliable, has a robust feature set, their support team is world-class (seriously the best in the game), and updates add awesome new features far more often than new bugs.
  • Amazing, coming off of an old outdated solution Rubrik is leaps and bounds better in pretty much every way. They are always releasing new features and things to try out or systems supported.
  • Cons

  • For instance, there was a case where backup jobs were unable to replicate, causing significant delays and frustration due to the lack of timely support and data requested by the users123.
  • If you do not use the features that you pay for, it is likely going to feel more expensive.
  • Being forced to move from on-prem management to cloud.
