Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like its reliability and scalability. Significantly, I like its ability to offer a wide range of services ranging from storage, security, and networking.
- The Software is excellent, fulfills what it promises, has a good return on customer service, leaves nothing to be desired. Very satisfied with everything the software offers.
- Its a quality product with great documentation and functionalities. Love the free tear that lets you play with all the amazing tools to discover possibilities.
Cons
- Sometimes the security system finds suspicious activity on the server. Alarms always turn out to be false, but it is impossible to use the platform during such failures.
- What I lean toward least about this product is that occasionally records are frequently incidentally lost. It can turn out to be extremely hard to search out some of my archives.
- What I dislike is that there are some features which are not available and that's what make it unfeasible. Plus, the billing options are not front and center.
Pros
- If you need real-time grokking into your infrastructure, look no further than Splunk. I love love love the dashboards.
- For me it is a very good experience. It is necessary to develop a good implementation of IT INC Management.
- The ease of initial setup along with the app market for add ons makes this a great product. Couple this with their support and it is so simple and great to use.
Cons
- For Non technical users, its really difficult to lookup logs. Sometimes, error thrown by query builder is more difficult to understand.
- There are times in which the service experienced performance issues. Sometimes they were so severe which meant you're "blind" since you can't access your logs.
- I do not have any cons for this software. Mainly as a user it does exactly what I need it to do with no overhead and confusing interfaces.
