No incentive was offered I run a small practice and have the title of Office Manager, but it seems like a lot of others HIPAA has fallen under my wheel house! My Greenway account manager was of little help, and my I.T. company was clueless! so at a MGMA conference a former employee and me starting talking and she said they used Hippatrek, so I checked them out, Glad I did.
