Most user friendly winery mgmt software!
Very visual and user friendly, which makes it easy to teach new hires how to start using it. Their customer support is superb and they never stop improving it.
CONSThe mobile app is still on the making, cant wait to be able to access work orders from my phone when Im in the barrel room. It would be nice to be able to create or complete simple work orders in bulk, which sometimes takes a lot of time.

Forward thinking and easy to use.
We've used other platforms and felt like they all fell short--Innovint has everything you're looking for and more. The ease of functionality is a breath of fresh air.The customer support is amazing--if you don't know something they'll make it a priority to get you help.
PROSThis software is easy to use, and easy to implement. It's pretty much everything you need to track and care for your wine.-- Some things you don't know you need until you don't have it, but for 99% of things innovint already has you covered--they've already thought of it.
CONSCase goods management is our least favorite feature because it's a little tedious--but the overall coverage is great.
Reason for choosing InnoVint
We looked at other options but innovint was the most versatile and had all the features we needed. Innovint also didn't give us a bunch of fluff to bring us on board--their product really is as good as they lead you to believe.
Reasons for switching to InnoVint
Ekos wasn't a match for us-- top two reasons we switched:1. Their platform was built for beer making not winemaking.2. Their customer service on a scale of 1-10, was a 1.

Innovint is quality software that feels like it is growing...not quite mature, but on it's way.
The software is mostly user friendly. I have extensive experience with Winemaker's Database (user hostile), and Vintrace, which is probably the overall leader in the field. I definitely feel that continued development of Innovint, where they are quite responsive with user feedback, will push the software to the top of the pack. Good to have Innovint on the cloud.
CONSOh, just little things. Not being able to open up a new tab, without logging in. Some inflexibility, like having to choose lots with additions. No major issues off the top of my head. However, if I find any serious bugs, I will definitely supply constructive criticism going forward.

Works well and would recommend
positive.
PROSfunctional and the ease of onboarding new users is fast.
CONSIf you have vessels that move back and forth between facilities, tracking of these vessels is an issue. Also, the inability to set a order of importance (or Priority) for WO's during busy period (harvest or bottling) can create challenges.
