It was so bad that immediately after we were given access, we switched to Vanta when we realized how much better it was. Cons: Their sales team told us they had seamless integrations where isms.online does all the work. Just look at their market site. The reality is that their product costs $1k+/year more than Vanta while being hopelessly behind in sophistication and critical functionality. So rather than trying to get better, they’ll try to bait you into accepting a proposal while promising the moon about how easy it’ll all be. Reasons for choosing ISMS.online We switched to Vanta.
