LiveFile 360 is a cloud-based document management platform that helps financial firms manage compliance and confidentiality across client files. With an encrypted, locked-down file system, it enables businesses to secure databases on office applications and multi-function devices. 

Designed for small to midsize businesses, LiveFile 360 offers solutions including unified sanction list scans, dashboard tools and integration with enVisual Suite. The self-auditing alert system enables enterprises to continuously monitor data and extract missing information. Additionally, the platform is Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)-compliant, which allows users to capture data, generate risk alerts previews and export XML files.

Automated structure module helps users address possible compliance issues in the form of charts and integration with CRM (customer relationship management) tools. Additional features of LiveFile 360 include version control, user-defined fields, communications history, archiving and an audit trail. Functionally rich, integrated, flexible, intuitive CRM App from a respectable & reputable Vendor.

Best Product I have seen & experienced for integrated Client, Process & Document Management in the on-shore & off-shore Financial Services Industry. Best implementation life-cycle I have experienced. Best on-going support & enhancement lifecycles I have experienced. Best Vendor I have experienced in my 15 years in the IT Industry. I have worked as an independent consultant on 3 separate EnVisual implementations (& versions) across 3 different firms in the past 10years. During that time the enSynergy team have displayed: -a great passion for their products & services; -a genuine partnership with their Clients; & - a highly pro-active philosophy in acquiring & maintaining knowledge in the industries they operate in. All of this is effectively & efficiently translated into the enhancements & synergies they build into their products & services. I do not hesitate to recommend the enSynergy team & their products & services & I hope to work with them again soon.

Pros

Application (enVisual) Pros:
-Intuitive & flexible User Interface which can be configured per User if required (i.e. to best support their activities & responsibilities & need for key data displayed & accessed efficiently).
-Flexible & rich functionality & data structures to support: data gathering; data validation & enhancement; data management; data display & reporting.
-Empowering functions & toolkits for system config & administration without the need for Vendor support (includes significant application intelligence features).
-Scaleable, modular design with strong integration.
-Short implementation time-lines (product set up & fit for purpose & use very quickly ; changes & new requirements implemented very quickly)
Vendor (enSynergy) Pros:
-Products, service & support is professional & of a high quality.
-Owners & staff display flexibility with integrity coupled with a consistently high standard of knowledge, experience & skill across the full project lifecycle.

Cons

Not enough awareness & rating yet in the UK on-shore Legal & Financial Services Industry to be automatically identified & considered for RFI & RFP processes by the larger firms. This is despite the fact that enVisual & enSynergy would favourably compare with some of the other more well-known products & vendors.

Our experience has been very good indeed.

Pros

enVisual is modular so we only needed to purchase the pieces that fit with our business; enVisual is scalable so it can grow as our business grows; enVisual is designed and focussed on the client relationship through the excellent CRM; compliance is built in throughout the system; the LiveFile document management system is completely integrated; and it's easy to use. Our implementation was fully supported by the enSynergy team. The training sessions were excellent. Any issues we have had since implementation have been handled in a very timely manner with professionalism and good cheer. Everyone we've had the pleasure of dealing with at enSynergy has been excellent. They sincerely want to help and ensure our experience is a good one.

Cons

It takes a lot of dedicated, hands on experience to become fully comfortable with all aspects of the software. However, this is likely to be expected given the robustness of the software.

The perfect CRM umbrella for legacy systems

If you've tried other CRM systems without success then try this. You'll find the ease of install and modification without bespoke changes a breathe of fresh air.

Pros

Extremely easy to install and the wealth of features and customization that can be employed to extend the use of legacy systems without the pain of total re-engineering is amazing.
The levels of security that can be implemented, giving differing internal and/or external departments confidentiality without additional resources required for separate installations is also extremely useful.
It goes above and beyond the standard Microsoft Offering as it's a combined product with workflow, reporting, and document management that has the capability built-in to integrate with minimal effort.

Cons

The sheer wealth of product features and benefits means that you can only benefit from the install where you are tracking and creating clear business benefit. E.g., future proofing legacy systems that can no longer be modified to handle new information/systems, workflow and integrated document management. The list goes on, the best way to install and integrate the product would be to have a clear pathway of install/project deliverables.

enVisual and enSynergy Experience

Keep these guys on your list of preferred suppliers to the financial services industry. I have never come across a more flexible software vendor.

Pros

Product is very fast to implement; great functionality and integrates well with other systems. CRM is focused to the financial services / legal market requiring little customization and implementation. If you are considering Microsoft Dynamics / CRM - make sure you look at enVisual's CRM first! Workflow and document management offer functions that I have not seen elsewhere in the market.
As a vendor - enSynergy are very requirements conscious and are very flexible in offering solutions to issues other vendors typically shy away from.
Five Stars.

Cons

Web based version is still being rolled out. Prime support is from the the UK - although this has not really impacted my clients nor other US clients that I am aware of.

Very powerful, scalable financial solution from a very flexible and needs aware vendor.

We were looking for a software product that included a powerful CRM, workflow and document management capabilities to support our global business. Of great importance to us from a software system are compliance, efficiencies and support for our growing business. We were also looking for a vendor who was responsive, flexible and sensitive to our needs. We found the product in the enVisual / LiveFile combination and the vendor in enSynergy. Two years into the implementation enVisual is a vital part of our growing organisation. Running over our private cloud we have since implemented accounting, corporate secretarial and centralised global billing. We have a great relationship with the enSynergy team and enjoy great benefits from their products.
