Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I have been using OnPay for over 4 years now. It has always been easy to use and they have had excellent customer service. Never a delay in getting help. Great value.

  • Easy to set up on the basic things. Lots of feature and customer service is great. Reply back fast with great help.

  • Cons

  • Integrations with quick books are good, but lack some of the features you get with payroll through quickbooks.

  • My only complaint about OnPay is that the UIUX isn't quite as sleek as some of the other competitors, but the ease of use and features are all on target.

  • Pros

  • It is very easy to search data using their UI. I especially like the Location UI. There have been many great new features including Dashboard reporting and search driven analytics.

  • works for so many pieces of our business.....easy to train and get buy-in Great data gathering and reporting

  • Cons

  • The reporting tools and customer service need improvement

  • Personally, it logs me out very easily, timing out in less time than I need. Also, EI is a bit difficult to navigate at times so I'm not able to create all of the reports that I need.
