"The first time I ran a Pay Run I had difficulty with Pay Day Super and Superstream, I called Customer Support and this is where Reckon one has a differentiator; they calmly led me through the process and ensured I was comfortable. When I made a mistake next pay run, again I called and again the Customer Service were calm professional and helped me. "
