It is not the least-liked feature but, it is. something I missed in RiskHawk. Organization-specific color themes will be a great feature to add on to an existing plethora of wonderful capabilities.

This helps everyone know what's going on.I think it's really cool how you let auditors make reports that fit them. The linking technology between modules is fantastic, one can easily view all connected items from one risk which is a benefit to our client.

The dashboard reports do not show data that is relevant to our users and they are quite dated and we cannot customise the risk register which is a feature that most clients want (eg hiding irrelevant columns within a register).

Flexible, configurable, easy to use and has all features that a good GRC software in the market would have. The linking of modules is an amazing feature which gives a complete view of associated items. I found the Incident and Control modules of the tool and the ability to associate with each other very useful to mitigate the risks associated with IT assets and in preventing the incidents from occurring again.The team is very good, always available to support and responds very quickly.

There were some teething problems, however, the team responded very quickly and resolved.

Tool is very user friendly, easy to navigate, effective vendor support 24*7 and super fast.

Tool configured with best industry practice of ERM process and cover almost all activities. With flexy, customized requirements can be handled.

Simulation engines can be added for various statistical analysis covers quantification of risks, solvency, ALM etc.

The user interface and user experience are amazing which add ease to traverse. The cluster location for all Risk, Audit and Compliance Repositories is well appreciated.Depending upon requirements standard framework can be customized on the tool as well as integration features are something that attracts the limelight for easy navigation.For designing workflows, approval on workflows, and user-defined charts on the go, self-service features appear to be ultimately unparalleled.

For drawing precise insights adding logical and analytical tools would be helpful.

It has many features similiar to veteran GRC tools knwon in a market but distinctively it is very easy to navigate, feature can be spotted easily and has very clean GUI which encourages to use more and more..Flexy module is anytime plus ..

Color palette looks very aged and can be improved

Originally, I used the software to create, share and store policies. However, the functionality of this software is vast. I now use it for Risk Management, Incident Management, creating forms for users to complete and many other features. This means I can centralise everything and have controls in place.

The support team are very good and knowledgeable about their product they take the time to explain everything you need assistance with. However, I would also like a 'how to guide' so If I need to know how to create a form, set parameters for a control etc I can initially refer to the guide before contacting support.

Customer Support is very prompt and very humble people.

Very cumbersome and multiple navigation screens. It makes user's job very difficult.

The experience has been great. The tool has a lot of potential to be used in multiple areas in an organization. The team has been quite responsive and helpful in resolving the queries and finding workarounds to customize the tool as per our requirement

Flexibility: The flexy module helps to build all possible workflows, add additional parameters etc.

Some features like upload options for KRIs can be a part of the product design
