  • Pros

  • SAP GRC is an awesome central user access management and it works and integrates wonderfully with SAP.
  • I would say that the overall experience was very fine and all the other users of my department were also happy with the software.
  • Will give you best management shap for the organization. They will make thing easy and accurate.
  • Cons

  • It is a bit hard to use at first so it takes time to learn. Going from page to another can be confusing.
  • Its so customizable it makes it difficult to setup and is difficult on the end user to learn how to use it properly. It also seems a little out-dated with the look of the interface and GUI.
  • Coordinated and oriented approach, It also Consolidates risks at higher levels of the organization and evaluates global risk exposure.

  • It is the best BSC software package out there. To have all of the software needs under one roof and not have several systems to accomplish the task is quite helpful.
  • I love their customer service - they have an excellent response team to help with any problems that arises.
  • I really enjoy using the WinTeam system and the integration and efficiency we get from it. Customer support and account management is fantastic as well.
  • Cons

  • Losing the printers connection way too often. The inventory for the distribution side of our business does not track and update as with other systems.
  • Challenging to implement and learn. Once an invoice is posted, difficult to make a change to the invoice.
  • Lack of customer centric portal. Customer should have a level of access to view certain items such as schedules.
