SmartViolations is a cloud-based compliance solution that provides homeowners and property managers in homeowners associations (HOA) with tools to track HOA agreement violations and create compliance letters with integrated image uploads. Key features include virtual maps, GPS navigation, voice dictation, status indicators and more.

Users can color-code open and closed violations and track statuses for a property or violation. Users can track property bankruptcy, tenant status, requests for hearings and more. Multiple violations with integrated pictures can be included in letters which are auto-generated by the solution.

SmartViolations provides users with a dashboard that includes charts, graphs, statistics and violation lists. Additionally, the solution offers features such as automated emails and real-time data feeds. It also supports integration with various accounting solutions such as TOPS, CINC Systems, CoreLogic Jenark and more.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone and email.

poor customer support

If I could find a competitor that was half ass competent we would change in a heartbeat. Goal is to find a reasonable alternative this year.

Pros

getting better as they improve the updates. doesn't crash as much as it used to. for a while we were able to log into associtiations in other states and make updates. reported this to the vendor , they never acknowledged receipt of the problem and didn't fix for several months.

Cons

extremely poor customer response. difficult getting replies to problems.
