Pros/Cons
Pros
- The product is easy to use and easy to get started. The interface is clean and friendly and customer support is there to help you every step of the way.
- The StandardFusion support team have been amazing, and onboarding was great. They helped load and setup the system based on our existing SOC 2 reports.
- Its intuitive user interface provides a wealth of valuable information, and the comprehensive package it offers is notably devoid of any significant drawbacks.
Cons
- Meanwhile, limiting internal notifications and reminders continues to be a challenge because the choices seem to be "too many notifications" or "no notifications.
- While only providing SSO to enterprise clients is common, this practice should be heavily discouraged.
- They say everything happens for a reason… because I almost missed out.
Pros
- My experience with the software has always been good, it is visual and easy to use and the customer service has always been excellent, quick and effective.
- Having access to this helps all areas keep their MSDS/SDS and chemical control in line by having the ability to know what chemicals/products are approved for use in the department.
- Excellent customer service and fantastic subscription service allowing consecutive users.
Cons
- It is difficult to get rid of old mistakes once you have added them onto the system, for example if you create a base control by mistake.
- Functionality can be difficult to understand and apply to individual business needs. Often there is a lack of support materials specific to the issue being encountered.
- I have yet to find anything about this software that would warrant a negative comment.
