Customer Service was horrible. You could not talk to someone when you wanted to.

It was simple enough, even for a novice user like myself. The fact I could integrate it with my bank account and automatically enter expenses and raise invoices with my own branding etc. was great.

The single most annoying thing about it is the support.

The FreshBooks/Xero integration stopped working around 2017 (I don't know why; each company blames the other).

We were currently using Quickbooks, which had, at the time, very limited cloub-based capability. Xero looked great, was easy to use, and made it possible for our virtual team to work together.

I love how easy it is to sync bank feeds and reconcile transactions. I love the rule feature that allows me to set my routine transactions to the correct COA.

There is more information in the project tabs than what you can obtain in the report which is disappointing.

I believe Xero have captured a very nice niche of the industry with it's very business orientated user interface and simplisitic feel. It makes accounting somewhat fun for the business owner.

Ve not used the full power of Xero yet but so far it’s been great in helping me keep track of real time spending etc. It’s certainly an asset to the business and I’m learning more as I use it.

Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.

Every feature I need is an extra add on charge. The remember me at login does not work and I have to waste time with 2 step login every time I leave the computer for 5 minutes.

Xero has been a great experience for me. If you want software that can automatically allocate transactions when and where you need them to go, save yourself time and check out Xero.

Great software, price is affordable for small businesses.

Xero is easy to use (with a little direction perhaps) and it's been great for invoicing, payroll, and tracking our finances.

Easy to share with accountants. A thoughtful social enterprise discount given too.

And there are odd glitches in the reporting (cannot recall all the details now, I only have one client left using this app) that I had to watch out for.

Appalling Software - Avoid at all Costs in My Opinion.

We like having the cloud based spot to work on different projects. Our project rep is very helpful.

It has helped us improve food quality also it helps us keep track of cleaning financials and tasks that need to be done.

Great experience, loved the system. Deployed it for all our 33 branches successfully and the team is loving it.

I like that we are able to keep an easily accessible record of each location. This helps with holding employees accountable from afar.

I like the ease and functionality of the software. It was very easy to create new forms and it was easy to use forms from the Domino's brand hub that other franchises had created.

Their Customer support team is excellent, never had awaited long to get hold on.

Field operators fumble with operating. They lose work and struggle to find it.

Reporting can be difficult to navigate and figure out.

I love the ease of use - real time data available to me.

Sometimes trying to customize the forms are more complex and confusing to set up.

Again this is a personal problem, not a Zenput problem.

Ease of setting up and implementing along with the simplicity of user functions.

I like the ease of operation and the clarity of the  tasks as well as having all of our checklists in one place for the teams.
