I like the functionality, easily understood layout, and the ability to access a robust training and HR library at any time.

Support team is vague and unclear with resolutions. Submitting receipts is ridiculous, they reject receipts without context.

Adding their payroll integration was a big win since our company was using a 401(k) admin that required manually keying in EVERYTHING back when we used intuit for payroll.

Correct, you read that right. They pay my employment taxes late, consistently, and I have to pay penalities.
