Pros/Cons
Pros
- Great step in the right direction to make badge printing better. I loved the automated emails that were sent to attendees prior to the event.
- The weekly meetings in the months leading up to the event and the dedicated support during the event itself were both extremely helpful.
- Our rep who traveled on-site was wonderful making sure we were comfortable with the new registration process. Seamless badge printing.
Cons
- There does not seem to be a reason for them not working and the cryptic error message does not resolve the problem either.
- The Addmin side was very difficult to use many tabs you had to go to apply reg type, add transactions, add payment. We had problem with the promo codes not working.
- Overall updates made by Pathable often affected our program poorly - one such was discovered during our program.
Pros
- It is very easy to use, as the ready-made templates help in choosing the appropriate design, as well as adding images, texts and video clips, and editing them with great flexibility.
- As a long time user of RegOnline, we can highly recommend the software based on it's flexibility, user-friendliness, and outstanding customer support.
- I have really enjoyed our experience so far. Their customer service is excellent and the functionality is great.
Cons
- We have had a horrible experience with Cvent. Our industry is in crisis mode due to the pandemic and they will not work us at all.
- I think they are scrubbing the negative reviews to keep a high number of stars to dupe potential clients.
- I rarely post about other companies, but feel that this company has the worst event platform and highest cost I have seen in the conference industry in the past 10 years.
