No incentive was offered Ultimately, we discovered that their platform cannot withstand the number of attendees our event has which caused an array of issues during the event. Their customer service did not help us fix these issues which led to us finding a new vendor. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 2/5 - Customer support: 2/5 - Functionality: 2/5 #### Pros The ease of set event set up was probably the best part of the experience. #### Cons The ability to secure a connection with audience. We had multiple dropped sessions and attendees werent able to get into the event. When we took this concern to customer support they told us there was nothing they could do about this issue. #### Reasons for choosing Swapcard Price but we ended up switching to bizzabo in the end due to SwapCard technology not being suitable #### Vendor response Hello Kayla, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Delegates really enjoy the platform and how they can connect with others, follow the agenda live and access the virtual content #### Cons One thing that I think it could be improved is for Swapcard access when a device is going to be used from one event to the other you must delete all the data collected from the device in order to be able to log into the other event.
