Octopus is very easy to integrate with other tooling be it through RestAPIs, CLIs, etc. If it can be scripted Octopus can integrate with it.

The ease of use and design is really well done. I also really like the community step template library, people really seem to make good use of it and I get all the benefits.

When creating processes and having errors, it is sometime a bit difficult to debug the pipeline without having to run the full cycle.

For example if i am in variables, maybe some compare functions. Whenever i work with with varaibles, lots of libraries, sometimes it becomes hard.

We have a bunch of different applications and they're not all built the same, so it's nice to feel like there isn't any app we can't deploy with Octopus.

Octopus has been a huge resource for our team. There is so much in the way of customization with this tool, that we haven't even begun to use every functionality.

Feeling confident that I can hit a button and be sure four servers in three different countries on another continent are going to be safely updated is awesome.

I love how easy it is to set up projects and the visibility that this tool offers. I liked it so much that I brought it over to my new organization.

Due to Microsoft licensing and infrastructure issues, this is dragging on and we are trapped on a certain version for now.

Process creation - adding steps, moving, sometimes but irritating. You know to know the tricks.

The most difficult part was understanding of how to setup triggers for a automatic deployment to a stage when a new version becomes available.

The UI is superb, easy to understand and work with. Should that fail the docs don't.

I have found Octopus Deploy to be a very well thought out and intuitive deployment orchestration system. It is very easy to use and quite simple to get started.

Also why i can leave empty scope, and everyone can updated.

Most of the things are straightforward. I like the way portal is build, where options are etc.

I really like this product and it makes my life easier as far as deployments go. I would highly recommend it.

Lack of config as code has been a sore spot, please get this to GA ASAP.

Its interface is very useful. You see all the projects very easily.

Access granting is also unclear. One major pain point is that TC doesn't allow manual trigger of first PR build, and the process takes a lot of time, reducing efficiency.

Best of all the application is free, the only limitation being the number of builds and branding.

I like the way it keeps history of previous built packages. Versioning is also great way and you can also move the stuff after built is done.

It has a very user friendly interface which is very easy for the navigation and understanding the standard of each options in the panel.

Its cost could have been a bit more reasonable. Another limitation is java based configurable build management software.

TeamCity in comparison to other CI software have a better interface. It is clear and helps to understand the software.

TeamCity by JetBrains is one of the best and simple tool to manage the build and Integration. The powerful integration features out of the box make it unique and operation team first choice.

Overall I like this tool to do the builds for. Net and angular environments and is great tool to implement the CI/CD.

Using since long time with TFS integrations. Very useful and time saving for automated builds and deployments.

The admin panel is cluttered and hard to move around, with confusing mnemonics for different validation jobs.

Teamcity is a small and powerfull continuos integration tool, I configured my first project in a good way reading the manuals, also it is easy to integrate with another development tools like TFS.

My experience with TeamCity is great, and I would recommend it to any developer looking for an enterprise build server without cost.

The only con I can think of is that it's enabled me to be even lazier than I used to be. Do I need to do something on the downstairs computer, but I'm upstairs.

It is a good product, it makes his job and it good for a company because it creates all the release that you want.

The Tool is a great CI/CD tool. I would highly recommend someone following best agile practise to use this tool.

In this perspective, the template feature will make you forget what's going on. Sadly, it's the only CI/CD tool I've ever used, so I can't compare it to anything else.

UI is confusing, not clear what to look where, confusing terminology, many times you look at a link and have no idea where it will lead to, in general UX - substandard.

Learning curve can be annoying especially if you don't have support within your team. It takes time to master the tool.

It is easy to monitor and do analysis between builds and show the differences.

Great for automating builds, especially with multiple devs.

The interface is very hard to understand where some of the options are.
