  • Pros

  • I really liked its integration with other systems and applications. Dashboards and reports really gives good insights.
  • There are no shortage of options and add-ons which can be great if the value is justifiable and the budget allows for it.
  • Cons

  • Integration with risk management could have been made simpler to show the mapping of technical risks to business risks.
  • Capacity Management is still a missing factor in ServiceNow though demand management can be somehow captured through projects.

  • Its interface is very useful. You see all the projects very easily.
  • Best of all the application is free, the only limitation being the number of builds and branding.
  • Cons

  • Access granting is also unclear. One major pain point is that TC doesn't allow manual trigger of first PR build, and the process takes a lot of time, reducing efficiency.
  • Its cost could have been a bit more reasonable. Another limitation is java based configurable build management software.
