Pros/Cons
Pros
- Checking the kind of job it helps me do within the shortest possible time, i think the price has been awesome for me.
- We were blown away by their Sherpa feature for picking the best worker for a job... they agreed to develop more features for us for free... a true partner.
- The software is fast, reliable and secure, which is exactly what you want in this type of product.
Cons
- The only negative thing I can think of is the fact I didn't have this software at my last job.
- A little difficult getting data out of the system in terms of downloads of customer data.
- We were searching for a Software Platform that could really digitize our process, get to the next square without getting hit too hard on cost.
Pros
- Sound public API, brilliant support and ability to build custom dedicated interface are the key points of the success.
- Extremely good service, easy to use and incredibly useful. I use this instead of eircode because it is much more useful and easy to use.
- Good for work order management and keeping track of outstanding jobs. It is easy to create a work order either as an administrator or a mobile user.
Cons
- To enter warranty details, you have to start at 1970. Unable to delete task, everyone makes mistakes! the window to add a new task and makes it hard to identify the correct task.
- This is a tedious task as I have to wait for the information to re-download. If this is done multiple times per hour I am losing time.
- This is infuriating when you are trying to talk to a tenant and have entered a lot of info, only to find you have to start all over again.
