It fits organizations that plan, fund, and oversee construction and infrastructure work and need a single system to run it, including public sector owners such as municipalities, school boards, health networks, and universities, and private owners such as real estate developers, commercial property managers, and multi-site retail chains. The platform is built for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets and generic scheduling tools. Project managers get a structured place to manage budgets and financing, contracts, schedules, change orders, risk, cash flow, resources, and field logbooks, while directors and executives get a real time view of the entire portfolio instead of waiting for manual reports. Two capabilities set the platform apart for owners. SmartDoc uses artificial intelligence to read invoices and payment requests and turn them into structured project data, which reduces manual entry and keeps figures current. A native Power BI integration takes project data further, producing custom dashboards, portfolio analytics, and forecasts that support budgetin... g and reporting decisions. Security and accountability are handled at the platform level. Aidi is SOC 2 Type II certified, and its reporting supports the transparency and oversight requirements common in public capital programs. It fully represent the needs of an end client or a portfolio or project manager. Cons: The section that could benefit a certain upgrade is the schedule section. Reasons for choosing Aidi The price. I’m from Montreal, it is a « local » product. Best representative of the needs of a project manager or an end client. Other product are better for contractor needs. Architect, consultant, General contractor, Clerk, Project Manager, etc... all connected through one platform. The fact that AÏDI let external party input their own documents for ongoing project requirements (Directive, Change order, Payment request, Invoice, etc... ) in a efficient and structured way, witch give the project manager more time to focus or other critical items in is day to day task. That is were AIDI become a good solution for time saving. This process reduces number of error and keep the lead time for processing all those documents faster through a pre-establish approval chain while keeping a traceability for project closure. The development of the software is flexible and was able to quickly adapt to our highest standard business process and is always looking for improvement and new functionality. Cons: Some modules are still in process of development, like the scheduling and milestone chart, can’t wait to see it finalise and working, so that a Project manager can rely of this feature for project supervision. Pratiquement l'ensemble des acteurs d'un projet peuvent être impliqués. Aidi permet de retracer chaque étape d'un projet et de contrôler la gestion documentaire. Beaucoup de processus sont automatisés et par le fait même permette de réduire les tâches administratives. Idéal pour les donneurs d'ouvrages, cette plateforme, visuellement facile à comprendre et à utiliser, permet de contrôler également les accès des différents intervenants selon leurs rôles. Le point le plus important, le soutient techniques des administrateurs de Aidi est sans contredit exeptionnel. Cons: L'implantation de la plate forme à même un service est plutôt simple mais d'extrapoler le services à l'ensemble des acteurs est un peu plus exigent. Du temps considérable est à prévoir pour mettre en place cette solution vers l'ensembles des services et acteurs. Autre point intéressant est l’organisation des tableaux contenant les DC/ODC, qui très conviviales. La consolidation de ces données nous permet d’avoir la photo de notre projet au moment de l’émission de ces rapports.
