Great product by a great team
The key success of a project is centralized information. Project are going so fast these days, it is a challenge of keeping the latest information and data in the hand of everyone. Transparency with your client and responsibility and engagement from all stake holders. The experience is perfect for what we offers, has a project management firm.
PROSThe simplicity. Everything you need is there, you don’t need to search for your different sections. It fully represent the needs of an end client or a portfolio or project manager.
CONSThe section that could benefit a certain upgrade is the schedule section.
Reason for choosing Aidi
The price. I’m from Montreal, it is a « local » product. Best representative of the needs of a project manager or an end client. Other product are better for contractor needs.

Facile d'utilisation, les processus interne sont relativement facile à adapter dans Aïdi (chaîne d'approbation).
PROSFacilite la gestion contractuel des projets de construction (demande de paiement, directives...). Instaure une surveillance des budgets et des dépassements. Permet d'avoir une vue global sur l'ensemble des projets. Un excellent support de l'équipe de Aïdi.
CONSLe tableau de bord général n'est pas encore très évolué (à venir dans les prochaines versions). L'échéancier et la gestion des tâches est aussi à améliorer.

AÏDI : Perfect companion for Project manager.
The lead time for processing our invoice and purchase order was significantly reduce with less error. Another great feature of AÏDI is reducing the paper consumption a lot with everything being processed electronically, witch respond to our paperless company initiative
PROSEase of use of the web platform for everyone involved in a construction project, the B2B aspect is interesting for every party involved in a big construction project. Architect, consultant, General contractor, Clerk, Project Manager, etc... all connected through one platform. The fact that AÏDI let external party input their own documents for ongoing project requirements (Directive, Change order, Payment request, Invoice, etc... ) in a efficient and structured way, witch give the project manager more time to focus or other critical items in is day to day task. That is were AIDI become a good solution for time saving. This process reduces number of error and keep the lead time for processing all those documents faster through a pre-establish approval chain while keeping a traceability for project closure. The development of the software is flexible and was able to quickly adapt to our highest standard business process and is always looking for improvement and new functionality.
CONSSome modules are still in process of development, like the scheduling and milestone chart, can’t wait to see it finalise and working, so that a Project manager can rely of this feature for project supervision.

Best of all
I have used it in public (hospitals) and private environments, for several types of projects. Everything is easily adaptable depending on the project, simply wonderful. No more Excel sheets, no more errors. Everything is in one app, including doceuments and pictures.
PROSSo far, it is the most complete and easy-to-use application I have come across for budget planning and monitoring. It is an application that evolves according to the comments of its users. It's a web platform so it works for everyone.
