Great product by a great team

The key success of a project is centralized information. Project are going so fast these days, it is a challenge of keeping the latest information and data in the hand of everyone. Transparency with your client and responsibility and engagement from all stake holders. The experience is perfect for what we offers, has a project management firm.

Pros

The simplicity. Everything you need is there, you don’t need to search for your different sections. It fully represent the needs of an end client or a portfolio or project manager.

Cons

The section that could benefit a certain upgrade is the schedule section.

Reasons for Choosing Aïdi

The price. I’m from Montreal, it is a « local » product. Best representative of the needs of a project manager or an end client. Other product are better for contractor needs.

Pour donneur d'ouvrage

Facile d'utilisation, les processus interne sont relativement facile à adapter dans Aïdi (chaîne d'approbation).

Pros

Facilite la gestion contractuel des projets de construction (demande de paiement, directives...). Instaure une surveillance des budgets et des dépassements. Permet d'avoir une vue global sur l'ensemble des projets. Un excellent support de l'équipe de Aïdi.

Cons

Le tableau de bord général n'est pas encore très évolué (à venir dans les prochaines versions). L'échéancier et la gestion des tâches est aussi à améliorer.

Aïdi est le seul produit spécialisé en construction pour les donneurs d'ouvrages. Produit Québécois et peu dispendieux

AÏDI : Perfect companion for Project manager.

The lead time for processing our invoice and purchase order was significantly reduce with less error. Another great feature of AÏDI is reducing the paper consumption a lot with everything being processed electronically, witch respond to our paperless company initiative

Pros

Ease of use of the web platform for everyone involved in a construction project, the B2B aspect is interesting for every party involved in a big construction project. Architect, consultant, General contractor, Clerk, Project Manager, etc... all connected through one platform. The fact that AÏDI let external party input their own documents for ongoing project requirements (Directive, Change order, Payment request, Invoice, etc... ) in a efficient and structured way, witch give the project manager more time to focus or other critical items in is day to day task. That is were AIDI become a good solution for time saving. This process reduces number of error and keep the lead time for processing all those documents faster through a pre-establish approval chain while keeping a traceability for project closure. The development of the software is flexible and was able to quickly adapt to our highest standard business process and is always looking for improvement and new functionality.

Cons

Some modules are still in process of development, like the scheduling and milestone chart, can’t wait to see it finalise and working, so that a Project manager can rely of this feature for project supervision.

Best of all

I have used it in public (hospitals) and private environments, for several types of projects. Everything is easily adaptable depending on the project, simply wonderful. No more Excel sheets, no more errors. Everything is in one app, including doceuments and pictures.

Pros

So far, it is the most complete and easy-to-use application I have come across for budget planning and monitoring. It is an application that evolves according to the comments of its users. It's a web platform so it works for everyone.

The Aïdi software is easy to implement and the Development team is very open to suggestions and modifications brought forward by the users.

Adoption de la plateforme Aidi

Je recommande la plateforme à tout donneur d'ouvrage qui veut passer à l'ère moderne. L'Éfficacité prend tout son sens avec Aidi.

Pros

La plateforme Aidi uniformise la structure de gestion de projet. Pratiquement l'ensemble des acteurs d'un projet peuvent être impliqués. Aidi permet de retracer chaque étape d'un projet et de contrôler la gestion documentaire. Beaucoup de processus sont automatisés et par le fait même permette de réduire les tâches administratives. Idéal pour les donneurs d'ouvrages, cette plateforme, visuellement facile à comprendre et à utiliser, permet de contrôler également les accès des différents intervenants selon leurs rôles. Le point le plus important, le soutient techniques des administrateurs de Aidi est sans contredit exeptionnel.

Cons

L'implantation de la plate forme à même un service est plutôt simple mais d'extrapoler le services à l'ensemble des acteurs est un peu plus exigent. Du temps considérable est à prévoir pour mettre en place cette solution vers l'ensembles des services et acteurs. Cependant, le temps accordé pour le déploiement est rentabiliser par cent lorsque la structure devient fonctionnel pour tous.

Plateforme de gestion complète pour le suivi d’un projet en réalisation.

Pros

La gestion des changements (extras) se fait comme un charme avec cette plateforme. Une fois la chaîne d’approbation organisée, l’automatisation des envois de courriel incluant les documents liés au changement, optimise notre temps, de plus, l’historique des actions se consulte à l’aide d’un seul clic. Autre point intéressant est l’organisation des tableaux contenant les DC/ODC, qui très conviviales. La consolidation de ces données nous permet d’avoir la photo de notre projet au moment de l’émission de ces rapports.

Cons

Pour avoir utilisé plusieurs plateformes de gestion dans le milieu de la construction, après plus d’un an d’utilisation journalière, rien à redire.

Il manquait pour nous certaines options et nous ne pouvions pas l'intégrer à notre système comptable. Ce qui nous donnait une charge de travail plus élevé. Peut-être que le système s'est amélioré par contre.

I personally love the software: I enjoy the project-oriented bench-marking, the ease with which I can tag and recover project-related documents, and the follow-up functionalities linked to hierarchical approvals.

Pros
