Easy to use and well laid out and helpful whether your doing a job intake for your team, a bid on a site, or a simple drawing for training or visual aid...it is just so helpful.

Making changes to accommodate all users within our company is very difficult to make happen and often comes with resistance from the engineers.

Drawing feature linked to price makes it easy for a sales rep to estimate on site.

The ability to draw simple floor plans was great. It was easy to do, and for the most part, had the shapes I needed.

ArcSite handles PDF mobile cad drawings possible in an elegant manner. The tool makes possible creation, editing, redlining of CAD quality drawings and integrates photos in an exceptional manner.

At one point there was a glitch in one of my drawings that caused the walls to move, but after an app update, it fixed the problem.

Overall, the company has been nothing but helpful and the experience has been positive. We love the value it adds by having it installed on our iPads.

Primarily, I use it to map monuments in need of restoration or cleaning, as well as for landscaping issues and concerns. It is easy to upload the maps I need as base templates.

However, paying this much, every month, to simply draw a floor plan is ridiculous.

The ease of doing this on my iPad with my pencil is a pleasure. I can not fault this app.

The ability to change dimensions and have the software automatically adjust other walls at the same time was great. The software was intuitive and easy to use.

Also, occasional crash issue when using custom symbols created in the app.

I enjoyed using the software, and I would love to continue using it. However, the costs were a hurdle that made it hard to justify compared to other sketching software.

I have really enjoyed using the software. I have completely replaced my hand drawings and notes with Arcsite and it had been great.

They do not care that I am a small business, and treat me like I am a very large company. My team is so much happier and work is more efficient with this app, and they have the best customer service.

The issue that bothered me the most is its mandatory bidding features. We have no need for them.

It was too expensive and i couldn't get my employer to pay the subscription.

The support has been amazing - I have emails that encourage me to take part in the free on phone one on one training and they have been able to walk me through the rough spots.

I like that it integrates most things that my company needs to run effectively. I'm excited about using a product that lets us keep everything in one place.

The amount of customization is amazing and it's very feature robust.

Customer Service is horrible. I told the company repeatedly thru phone calls and sent the owner directly and email requesting they do not charge my card and they did so anyway refusing to reimburse.

So far, just a couple weeks in, contractor foreman seems like a good fit for us. Their customer service is very responsive and questions were answered quickly.

Otherwise everything is screwed up and it is not a simple process at all.

Contractor Foreman was very easy to integrate all of our company's information over to. It is a user friendly product with what seems like unlimited tracking capabilities.

I am very impressed with this software and extremely excited to see it help our company grow.

Contractor Foreman is an all-in-one solution to many of the problems we face on a daily basis as a mid-size General Contractor.

Also hate that you cannot create a service ticket with an item from an estimate or sov.

We are still trying to figure out a lot of the features but so far the customer service has been outstanding.

For the price you get a lot of useful features, daily reports were the highlight, fillable forms, RFIs and how it managed those files was nice.

The inability to be able to enter multiple pay wages for employees. The software is currently unable to track Davis Bacon wage jobs as is.

We are also a fan of the Live Training. In our opinion we feel like the Live Training and the on line Video training is great.

It is wonderful to call, send an email, or live chat and get a response. We are just a few days into our trial and have had such great customer service.

They immediately charged a year's subscription to our credit card. We called and asked to cancel and asked for a refund.

Contractor Foreman staff have been very responsive when I've needed help. I watched many videos and they also have been helpful.

This is a terrific dashboard for monitoring multiple projects and the app is very intuitive.

For the price, you can't beat it. It does an adequate job tracking the things we need to track, and the scheduling tool is great.

Very easy to use and save files and photos to review.

When I don't have cell service I have trouble switching my cost code.

Personally my biggest con is the inability to customize the actual layout of the estimates/invoices.

The program is customizable and flexible to fit most companies' needs. In our case, CF is doing a great job at helping us track the progress of our projects.

I love the full spectrum that it offers as an all in one and easy to navigate and integrate.
