The ability to draw simple floor plans was great. It was easy to do, and for the most part, had the shapes I needed.

ArcSite handles PDF mobile cad drawings possible in an elegant manner. The tool makes possible creation, editing, redlining of CAD quality drawings and integrates photos in an exceptional manner.

At one point there was a glitch in one of my drawings that caused the walls to move, but after an app update, it fixed the problem.

Overall, the company has been nothing but helpful and the experience has been positive. We love the value it adds by having it installed on our iPads.

Primarily, I use it to map monuments in need of restoration or cleaning, as well as for landscaping issues and concerns. It is easy to upload the maps I need as base templates.

However, paying this much, every month, to simply draw a floor plan is ridiculous.

The ease of doing this on my iPad with my pencil is a pleasure. I can not fault this app.

The ability to change dimensions and have the software automatically adjust other walls at the same time was great. The software was intuitive and easy to use.

Also, occasional crash issue when using custom symbols created in the app.

The most hated part of Zoho is its Customer support , it is very pathetic and sometimes it is very glitchy which makes the CRM unusable.

Easy to use, has a good free tier, innovative, friendly UI and UX, a good product in general, good mobile application.

Easy setup, they have different templates for different industries which is nice, can quite easily adjust it with the Zoho Creator, customer support is great too.

The UI is so confusing that I had trouble discovering the features that I needed.

Sometimes, i can even login to the platform and keep showing an error for the Captcha. Other than that, the email template that are provided is difficult to edit and not many option to customized it.

I primarily use it for business e-mails and internal communication. I love how clean and organized it keeps all of my e-mails, and I love the tabs and how customizable my inbox is.

Reminders are extremely helpful in followups. Campaign analytics are really awesome and gives the best analytics to identify the top leads.

The RingCentral integration is especially great with company wide caller ID that syncs with all Modules and the integration between the Zoho ecosystem is just great.

The calendar is pretty good, it has a very good and constant feedback, graphs and charts are really useful.

We are happy overall with the Zoho experience. It is perfect for us to collect sales data and to see graphically where we are for the year.

It is super user friendly and customizable to fit your needs. It allows you to really connect with your customers - with ease.
