Pros/Cons
Pros
- We like how easy it is to use and tracks all of our projects in one place. It is a brilliant software to visually see where you are on every job in a snapshot.
- Knowing my company has a solid structure and system in place, I have every confidence that our growth will continue and will be manageable.
- My overall experience has been very good, great support and Archdesk are always making improvements and listen to customer feedback.
Cons
- It is the system of record for everything. I've worked at an organization before that didn't use it and life was miserable.
- It doesn't store the data you have to download it from Archdesk which causes problems when you are remote on a building site.
- Lack of customisation for setting out your company process.
Pros
- Overall I am impressed with this software as the customer service has been exceptional so far and there is always someone happy to help you with any questions or issues you might have.
- M super super happy even after 2 years. Gone are the days where I took more then a week to do an estimate.
- The support has been amazing - I have emails that encourage me to take part in the free on phone one on one training and they have been able to walk me through the rough spots.
Cons
- Customer Service is horrible. I told the company repeatedly thru phone calls and sent the owner directly and email requesting they do not charge my card and they did so anyway refusing to reimburse.
- The inability to be able to enter multiple pay wages for employees. The software is currently unable to track Davis Bacon wage jobs as is.
- Otherwise everything is screwed up and it is not a simple process at all.
