This is a clean looking software system to use that is very intuitive for staff to log events or risks and also for administrators. This is configurable by the administrator to be able to change field names and work flows.

There is nothing that comes to mind that would be a con in using this software system.

very good. its a system i inherited from predecessors and after a consolidation period we are now drastically increasing the use by our users based on the changes being made

the portal has revolutionised the involvement we are getting from site.

more flexibility in editing standard pages. for example method statement. let us create a table we want to have rather than be forced to use one standard that assure give (appreciate this is difficult to accomplish given the scope of all your customers)

We've been able to gather more data to analyze trends and identify priorities. We can assign and track actions, which is critical to improving accountability.

It's inexpensive, somewhat customizable, and user-friendly.

Further customization would be nice. Charts are not updated live; it takes 24 hours to display. You have to get a separate license to customize your charts.
