Pros/Cons

Pros
It's easy to use. Performance is great. Compatibility is great as well. Is known and used all around the world.
Easy to use and very user friendly and effective

Cons
Although some commands are simple to use, others can be very difficult and to use to so require specialist training
Not the easiest software to learn but once you got the hang of the menus, it was excellent.

Easy to use Clean and clear viewing platform No downtime Accessible from any computer, tablet and mobile device Professional reports
It was comprehensive. It handled 4 major projects at the same time. My subcontractors had access to just what I wanted them to.

Cons
It's a bit clunky to use at times, but it is always improving. That said, on-boarding new employees isn't always the easiest thing.
I have not experienced any real "cons" to the software.
