Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love the user friendliness and the inter-activeness of the program. Will recommend it to all my associates.
- Progress photos documented throughout the course of construction has saved us money. Also posting sketches/linking drawings to quickly thumb through the plans is super helpful.
- Ios, Android and desktop versions seem to operate flawlessly. And the customer service has been outstanding.
Cons
- The lag time drives me nuts. Not sure if its the device I have running the program or the software itself.
- Is very expensive and for general managment or project engineer in the mining sector is very difficult to work with, because of the lack knowledge and is not very common in the sector.
- For the field this cant be beat. In the office Bluebeam kills it.
Pros
- Best feature is the customer service. They are very responsive and care about the company.
- They are polite and on top of things and even check in with us to ensure we are having the best experience possible.
- Software is very easy to use and user friendly with help of video tutorial provided within the platform and it is i can say one of best GPS and time tracking software.
Cons
- I'm still unsure about ClockShark's billing. Our hourly staff turnover is relatively high and getting charged for a month of services for a person who left after three days seems costly.
- No way to customize them other than the basic per job or per employee, and date. So many of them were useless, and none of them are accurate for us because of the fluctuation in prevailing wage rates.
- Nothing special to keep me using the app, just grew bored and lazy of experimenting with this type of things.
