- It is a powerful tool when setting up consistent, precise bids. Every year we get better at using it and the updates always seem to make the product better and more user friendly.
- The software does what was promised it would do and integrates well with accounting programs. Ease of use is also a big factor.
Cons
- Not enough training is provided with the product and the charges incurred for additional training and setup is painful.
- As someone else stated, they just changed the emailing feature and you can no lnger copy other which needs to be fixed.
Pros
- Ability to use for multiple solutions in addition to Agile Project Management. I've been in the business for over 30 years and Clarizen Customer Care in the best I've experienced in a very long time.
- The core PPM capabilities of Clarizen are very strong, but the biggest game change for us has been the 'custom objects' capability.
Cons
- The licensing model is confusing, not as advanced as Salesforce.
- No option for capturing project expenses against a project. Difficult to enter in dependencies, very repetitive task, rather than allowing for templates to be used.
