It integrates with the bid module and can also be used as a standalone suite.The data collection feature collects sales and inventory information from the files and reports available on vendor portal and helps to manage data of the active vendors.

Overall it is a pretty decent product. Sometimes we feel like it is in the beta phase. For the money, I would recommend it. We are a subcontractor and general contractor and it works in both applications for us.
The cost is outstanding, the O&M creation tool is a great time saver, it has bidding and project management modules, tracking tools are great and creates pay applications really easy.
Bidtracer makes some things like submittals harder than other programs. Submittals are very convoluted to use. Financial module does not work completely yet. Bidtracer does not create invoices. Lots of extra modules and items that we do not utilize.

New features and updates can't come quick enough. We would love to see enhancements to the product come quarterly.
