Overall it is a pretty decent product. Sometimes we feel like it is in the beta phase. For the money, I would recommend it. We are a subcontractor and general contractor and it works in both applications for us.
The cost is outstanding, the O&M creation tool is a great time saver, it has bidding and project management modules, tracking tools are great and creates pay applications really easy.
Bidtracer makes some things like submittals harder than other programs. Submittals are very convoluted to use. Financial module does not work completely yet. Bidtracer does not create invoices. Lots of extra modules and items that we do not utilize.

The product development included industry professionals and was designed with us in mind. They really thought through how the process of bidding projects and procuring work is executed. The web-based architecture and security features give us easy access and the ability to keep our data secure.
New features and updates can't come quick enough. We would love to see enhancements to the product come quarterly.
