Customer support is the worst I have ever dealt with.

The program has a lot of great tools related to architecture to help with noting markups quickly and adding text and callouts. Easy to use and definitely overtakes Acrobat in my workflow.

Material list and breakdowns and customer service was good , it did a lot of what i was looking for but to much for my company.

Has a tendency to crash. Some functions, such as zoom, pan, are clunky.

Bluebeam has saved me tonns of time for editing files/documents and reviewing drawings for construction. I am very happy to have this software on my personal computer as well as work computer.

It is easy to work with drawings and documents. Very user friendly and has very good features that help with drawings and documents management.

The integration into Microsoft Office and the printing driver from ArchiCAD creates clean PDFs quickly and easily.

The ability to capture counts of markups for budgeting, great time saver.

This program is fantastic for Quality control mark ups, etc. I like its licensing type as it is not subscription based.

The fact of having a free trial for me is very good, it allows you to have an overview of the software without the commitment of having to pay for the software.

To make matters MUCH worse they have no escalation policy at all. Read that again;  a SOFTWARE company has zero escalation policy.

Occasionally have trouble with printing to the program, but not frequently enough to stop using it as my PDF maker.

I love bluebeam Revu for its ease of tools for engineering applications. I love the markup tools as well.

Everyone in my offices are experiencing the same problem.

I use it for both personal and professional tasks on a daily basis. They also have great customer support and are always improving their software to keep up with the latest trends and customer needs.

Great set of automation tools to help easily and quickly organize and edit PDF documents. Super easy to markup edits and share with collaborators.

Great software to do team work, has the option of personalize the interface, fast and easy to use.

There are a lot of useful features that allow for flexibility and clarity when marking up documents. The sessions has allowed for collaboration across various companies/teams on numerous projects.

It is unbelievably frustrating. And if your trying to quickly review plan pages before a bid deadline this is TOTALLY the wrong software and you will be quite angry with it.

Bluebeam is a fantastic PDF editor, and their customer support is top-notch.

We then have to digitally stamp each page and being able to change the date and comments in the stamp so quickly is awesome. It integrates well with PROCORE which is an excellent Management Software.

Bluebeam revu sometimes had a tendency to crash unexpectedly, which could prove frustrating at times.

Overall a good experience as it is very useful for doing some quick sketches with plan sets.

I love that it updates in real time and is fully integrated. It is also scalable thanks to the cloud meaning we will never outgrow the system.

The interface is very out-dated and hard to use (particular on mobile browsers), it requires constant maintenance, patching, and testing. It's expensive to integrate with things.

It’s been a learning curve, but I think overall, we’re happy.

Very difficult to learn & I found the training lacking.

Lack of links to additional information within data points. Pay attention to the variable choices for reports.

Everything is super organized and the files are very easy to find. I like the layout and you can do with it.

I used many software, and I would rather create my own spreadsheets than suffer with this software any longer.

I loved the reconciliation feature. It allows the user to tie the budgets to invoices that are not produced by the system, such as AIA and owner forms.

Many options and functions. Ability to tie in numerous aspects of construction from RFIs to Submtitals, to billings, etc.

And be sure sure to join CMUG, the CMiC users group. They have forums, monthly calls, demos, and are a great help.

Get it!!! Definitely take the time to run through the courses in Next Gear University, and take advantage of the online tech support.

I like what the results can be once all the data is entered.

I use CMiC on all of my projects and what I like most is being able to arrange different projects and have all the respective subcontractors.

Textura is easy to navigate and there are lot of functions that you can build to your preference  for billing and construction management.

We appreciate the personal service we receive from CMIC and are happy with the results and quick ROI we have gotten from simply using this software.

After several years on CMiC software I would say that it is absolutely the best integrated project management and accounting ERP available.

Used in my organization for the continuous administration of projects, allows you to be aware of all the details of the Project thanks to its variety of tool, has a very good technical support.

Overall i enjoy using the software not only for change order needs, but also submittals and RFIs' which makes it nice to send notifications through one system and not have to exchange multiple emails.

Very robust system with strong features and capabilities, if you throw enough money at it.

The main thing I like most about this software is its wide breadth of abilities, and how it handles the finances of the projects.

It's great, specifically it's functionality and from my experience I learned that set-up is key because the ease of use becomes streamlined with your set-up.

Program is easy to use and navigate and is compatible with Textura Payment Processing program.
