  • Pros

  • The real time tickets are great, the pictures are a big help for us and the owner and sales guys can access the work that has been done as well. Reports are an easy run to get different stats as well.
  • The guys in the field can upload pictures and complete or change work orders. I love the ability to invoice directly into my Quickbooks program.
  • Cons

  • Getting locked out of software & no way to reset it.
  • It does freeze up sometimes, or run slow. Which makes it difficult in my fast paced job.

  • Housecall Pro helps facilitate the scheduling, dispatching and invoicing of all our customers. Easy to use and it is nice to have a data base, historical record of each customer to easily go back to.
  • I like ease of use, price and the great customer service & support. I had looked at & tried other software but this one fit all of my needs.
  • Cons

  • No real problems but the interface is kind of boring. But that is just being nitpicky.
  • Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
