Overall a great way to share data and keep it secure. Also love the desktop version so I can access things from there as needed.

A great place to keep all your files, good for collaboration between multiple employees, recommend using the box sync app to quickly move files around with ease.

It's easy to set up, and the fact that it has a desktop version is great. The drag-and-drop ability is intuitive and exactly what a user would expect.

Box is great for team collaboration, BoxSync makes it even better, and accessible from any computer. With Box you can seamlessly store and retrieve files from around your company.

Box can crash randomly and can be a bit confusing to use for first time users.

Box is great for a low budget company and also when you are looking for something a bit specific to your needs.

Box's partner friendly/integration friendly philosophy positioned itself perfectly for the current and future state of business software.

Ability to save and attach documents via email. The ability to work collaboratively with files for example ability to share and update documents.

I have a problem that when i upload sometimes it stops and doesn’t go on, so i have to cancel and upload again.

There is something very weird when I access Box with multiple devices, that it fails to automatically sync between them. It has caused a great deal of trouble for me.

The benefits have been outstanding. The cost verses the value is incredible, it has great security, and it has great ease of use.

Providing clear API documentation. Quick technical support.

E-Signature make it more secure and Integration with lot of apps is wonderful. The cost and price is very reasonable and economical compared to the many features it provides to the user.

Really great tool that makes life at the office better. It has a fun interface that is intuitive and works.

It isn't limited by this fact, however, and can be as advanced as you want it to be. The ability to password protect links is great.

During the trial days in which I use this service, my experience with the product has been good and satisfactory. It is a very good alternative to other similar services.

The app makes really easy to safely store files and access then anytime. To me this is the most important and desirable feature an app like this should have.

I liked being able to share documents with other people super easily. It was great for group projects I was working on.

I love Box's reliable and easy to use file sharing service. Box's secure software allows you to share important files with people inside and outside your company.

I can get lost of what I’m trying to find if there is a lot in the folder.

Overall I think it's a great system. Feels good knowing that all our content is backed up and accessible to the entire team at any point.

The main disadvantage of this solution is related with the file sharing. It is a bit restricted and provokes some problems when downloading if the files are big (in the order of tens of GB).

When customers merge,  I end up with dead accounts that will not go away. It can be cumbersome to manage users as they change accounts and/or quit using the system.

I also don't like the add-ons Supplypro has allowed for Builders that bypass notifications from being emailed out that a change has been uploaded.

Easy to get started and includes many features that help keep jobs organized. Email reminders help us stay on track.

User friendly, functional and easy assess to information that is needed.

And lastly, that we must sign up for a Hyphen account so that we can get billed by Hyphen for every PO a Builder issues to us.

Hyphen is by far the best software product on the market for home building/construction for scheduling. The scheduling aspect of the software is awesome.

This also gives me a way to better communicate with the  scheduling team so they can see the exact information that the super was told about the PO or EPO in question.

First you have to go into EACH PO to update information. You should have the option to make mass updates from the main page.

Going into each one is time consuming. The 24 hour delay to enter invoice info is pointless.

Overall, I have used SupplyPro with 2 companies I've worked at, and I am always satisfied. It's easy to use, keeps you accountable, and I would recommend.

It can be a little tricky navigating the builder documents, there are a lot of dropdown menus to sort through.

I find the least attractive things about the software to be the rudimentary UI, lackluster functionality, & lack of value in its pricing.

The benefits we have realized are that we have access to start documents and purchase orders for a good number of our Builders in one centralized location, for a fee.

No accountability with the company that sends work orders. Expensive for the sub-contractor.
