Buildbeam is a cloud-based construction management solution designed for small specialty trade and home improvement contractors. Primary features include job management, purchase orders, contract management and workflow management.

It allows users to view pending to-dos, appointment calendar, messages, job statuses and access suppliers digital catalogs via the dashboard. Purchase orders can be auto-drafted and transmitted and upon receipt of goods and materials, the PO and invoice numbers are matched. It allows users to generate estimates, collect signatures and process payments on-site.

Other features include Excel integration, cost database, lead tracking, finance calculator and document, contract, drawing and photo management. It provides a database where users can store customer and job data that is used to create reports, forecasts and other analyses. Buildbeam is compatible with an iPad and other mobile devices.
