It is capable of doing a large variety of things and helps with keeping all the jobs straight.

The integration with Planswift works awesome. Phone support is always great too.

Some of the accounting package link-up can be frustrating and we lost a function recently which was not particularly helpful for us and was driven by other contractors needs who use the software.

They are very poor and make it hard to deal with large data sets. Their filters are missing exact matches between items in the same category.

Unable to autosave to-do's or the daily log is obnoxious. If you accidentally close out the program you lose all data.

In dealing with the company financials, this is a fantastic product for us to have visibility from estimates to actual cost tracking.

The worst drawback is that there is essentially no function for schedulING.

Inability to customize the POs to subcontractors and  lack of an instruction manual.

They recently came out with a new pay structure which nearly doubled the costs of the program. Its a shame as we are now looking elsewhere for a program that has many of the same functions.

It is very easy to access, it is user friendly and i am really enjoying learning new things each week. Tutorials are very good and easy to understand.

What I like most about BuilderTrend is it's ease of use, the customization ability of the software, and the ease of edit/revision.

It is a wonderful tool to use when building a home. You can upload all of the selections, personalize all the jobs, upload pictures and follow through on the schedule and to do's.

I like the ease of the change order approval and decline, and the change orders are interactive with the appropriate vendors and subtrades.
