- Highly recommend Building Connected for its intuitive ease of use and the simple integration into a construction company's arsenal of estimating software.
- This software had loads of great features and integrated project management tools.

- There is not very much that is a negative about this program. If anything I think the number of irrelevant emails some disciplines will receive.
- One drawback is that bid invites often go to individuals SPAM folders.
Pros
- The support has been amazing - I have emails that encourage me to take part in the free on phone one on one training and they have been able to walk me through the rough spots.
- I like that it integrates most things that my company needs to run effectively. I'm excited about using a product that lets us keep everything in one place.
Cons
- Customer Service is horrible. I told the company repeatedly thru phone calls and sent the owner directly and email requesting they do not charge my card and they did so anyway refusing to reimburse.
- Otherwise everything is screwed up and it is not a simple process at all.
