This software had loads of great features and integrated project management tools.

We started using BC in 2018 and more than doubled our revenue the following year. Add BC was a large contributor to that success.

My overall experience is solid with BuildingConnected. This is one software that I wish every GC used to send bid invites because I know exactly where everything is and it is easy to navigate.

There is not very much that is a negative about this program. If anything I think the number of irrelevant emails some disciplines will receive.

You can choose to dial in your uploads with the integration team or start from scratch. Training was in person and super easy and fast.

One drawback is that bid invites often go to individuals SPAM folders.

We have definitely increased the number of quality bids with Building Connected. The program is easy to use and offers a large amounts of options to have it do what you need it to do.

For Sealed Bids, there is default language that is added that is confusing to the bidders.

A great investment for keeping subcontractors on hand.

How easy it is to communicate with a dedicated amount of sub contractors. The communication and ease is unmatched.

Document control and ease of use. The document management has paid for the cost of the software by documenting who has accessed documents and when they were accessed.

The interface is very user friendly overall. The network of contractors is very helpful.

Excellent Platform to use for reaching out to Subcontractors.

Building Connected  works great as a plan room for us and its easy to invite subs to bid a project and give them access to all documents.

For example, the drop down list that explains what work we do did not provide an option that was close to what we do which is landscape and irrigation.

It manages and gives a report of subtrades expression of interest to bid and submission is a great tool. Our internal team is able to view the progress/ status of the project, which makes life easier.

Easy to use bidding software that integrates with Procore.

Our annual subscription fee to you is well worth the money.

CSI division needs work, very limited, Bid form is confused to subs, bid tabulation lacks analysis.

We wanted a bid invitation solution that our subcontractors liked, were familiar with, and we wanted a long term partner. So far the relationship with BC has been great.

The software is user friendly. The navigation to get from task to another is with ease.

Overall, Building Connected has been a great time saver for managing subcontractor bid opportunities and has allowed for the entire to team to have the most up to date information at all times.

Customer service support is a phone call away at all times and they show great concern for your time constraints.

Easy to sign folks up and get them started quickly. Customer service is also very helpful.

The only thing I dislike about Building Connected is the inability to delete bid packages on your own. Right now you have to reach out to support for them to delete it.

The easy navigation is my favorite part compared to some of the competitors I used before. Hands on help to learn how it works is a great feature too.

It's a great tool for marketing and sales. It's nice to have one platform to manage both of these important aspects of our business.

I cancelled because my bill got higher monthly , and we used it less. They turned my service back on and charged my company for 3 months of service upfront as a cancellation fee.

Hubspot makes marketing fun. It is easy to use, fun to use, and their customer support service is fantastic.

The team are friendly and do their best to help you as quickly as possible whilst talking you through the issue so that it does not happen again.

It's an intimidating and scary as I don't want to mess anything up. The only other hiccup is merging contacts automatically is challenging.

Besides being a wonderful CRM Hubspot provides great sources of education for you and your employees.

Contact management is very good offering different clusters. Marketing module is great allowing to build infographics and newsletters using cool templates.

I love that it's customizable for all of the fields I wanted to add. I love that I can track my emails and other communications.

Overall, it's the best CRM you will get for free and it may be the best CRM at a lower price point.

It is refreshingly different to other CRMs. For starters, they have a free version which is great.

Missing a lot of simple features in other software. Active lists are somewhat useless in workflows since they're stuck in that workflow even if they're no longer active in the list.

We can send the mail automatically and we can save the mail content too. The cost of the hubspot is medium and features are really good.

We switched to this CRM to fix a few problems and now find ourselves facing different but equally as difficult problems.

The HubSpot CRM is super user friendly and easy to use. So far it has integrated with our website perfectly and provided just what we need.

I had even disconnected it and it is still happening. This is losing my company money as we get paid by attribution.

However, there aren't any cons with the software that I have found yet mainly because there are things I haven't learned how to do yet so I cannot say they are bad or inefficient.
