This software had loads of great features and integrated project management tools.

We started using BC in 2018 and more than doubled our revenue the following year. Add BC was a large contributor to that success.

My overall experience is solid with BuildingConnected. This is one software that I wish every GC used to send bid invites because I know exactly where everything is and it is easy to navigate.

There is not very much that is a negative about this program. If anything I think the number of irrelevant emails some disciplines will receive.

You can choose to dial in your uploads with the integration team or start from scratch. Training was in person and super easy and fast.

One drawback is that bid invites often go to individuals SPAM folders.

We have definitely increased the number of quality bids with Building Connected. The program is easy to use and offers a large amounts of options to have it do what you need it to do.

For Sealed Bids, there is default language that is added that is confusing to the bidders.

A great investment for keeping subcontractors on hand.

How easy it is to communicate with a dedicated amount of sub contractors. The communication and ease is unmatched.

Document control and ease of use. The document management has paid for the cost of the software by documenting who has accessed documents and when they were accessed.

The interface is very user friendly overall. The network of contractors is very helpful.

Excellent Platform to use for reaching out to Subcontractors.

Building Connected  works great as a plan room for us and its easy to invite subs to bid a project and give them access to all documents.

For example, the drop down list that explains what work we do did not provide an option that was close to what we do which is landscape and irrigation.

It manages and gives a report of subtrades expression of interest to bid and submission is a great tool. Our internal team is able to view the progress/ status of the project, which makes life easier.

Easy to use bidding software that integrates with Procore.

Our annual subscription fee to you is well worth the money.

CSI division needs work, very limited, Bid form is confused to subs, bid tabulation lacks analysis.

We wanted a bid invitation solution that our subcontractors liked, were familiar with, and we wanted a long term partner. So far the relationship with BC has been great.

The software is user friendly. The navigation to get from task to another is with ease.

Overall, Building Connected has been a great time saver for managing subcontractor bid opportunities and has allowed for the entire to team to have the most up to date information at all times.

Customer service support is a phone call away at all times and they show great concern for your time constraints.

Easy to sign folks up and get them started quickly. Customer service is also very helpful.

The only thing I dislike about Building Connected is the inability to delete bid packages on your own. Right now you have to reach out to support for them to delete it.

But giving each person the capability to clock in and out with notes on their application has been a blessing. The customer service is always right there on the Chat, no waiting.

It's inability track where the hours were worked is a problem, though I understand it has been upgraded to have that ability. I have yet to set that up.

I like that I can keep track of my employees and communicate with them all on one platform. I love that I can leave them notes or instructions and they can do the same.

Excellent app, very easy to use. I have used other time keeping apps in the past and I find SINC to be more straight forward than others.

The company is great to work with and they seem very dedicated to improving it.

It is an excellent software to keep track of your employees and calculate the payroll. I would recommend it to all type of busineses.

Only thing I'm having problems with is the tracking of employees sometimes lags.

This is an excellent app, perfect for my small business.

Customer support has been top notch. This is a great alternative to punching a time card.

To awesome to see that my employees when clocking in they are at the location where they should be.

Sinc has been a huge help for our employees time cards. Sinc has been very helpful anytime we have had an issue, which also rarely happens.

Notes can be difficult to take, character limit on notes is too small, only adding one picture at a time is tedious, can be difficult to export notes.

Overall, SINC has been extremely user friendly and easy to navigate thru. I would recommend SINC to anyone looking to track employees or scheduling.

I love that my employees can clock in from their phones anywhere.

Easy to use for employees, like that internet access is no required to be able to record clockin clockout info. And easy for Admin to see employee tracking info.

The employees have an easy time with it. The weekly reports are vey useful and downloading them to my email works great.
