We use project as part of a comprehensive suite of tools from CAMMS. We find it easy to tailor to our needs and the workflows provide us with the ability to change the approach as needed.

Nothing much, it satisfies all our requirements. It cannot support double byte character as it need to deploy across the region.

I also like how you can pull in quotes from subcontractors and these are stored on the system. The integration to HeavyJob is seamless.

There are a lot of great features in Heavy, all of which help save time putting estimates together, which allows me to spend more time with the takeoffs and fielding the projects.

I have been working with HeavyBid for about 6 months. The ease of use and customer service are fantastic.

Verify customer support and that they are available at the worst time because that is when something is going to happen.

They improve the ease of use and efficiency of almost every part of the process. They also allow for easy integration into their HCSS Heavy Job software, if you win the bid.

This is especially frustrating on bids with child and grandchild bid items requiring reorganization. In resource setup registers, there is no way to sort.

The software is the best in class for field capture and daily documentation in the heavy and high construction business. The daialy time card and diary are outstanding.

Reason why everyone uses it. But it is expensive, and some smaller companies have trouble justifying cost.

So far it has been user friendly for most of the basics and the help hotline has been great.

There are no real complaints on my end. If there are ever any complaints, HCSS will listen and modify their software.

The software support is without question the best I have ever encountered. They have always solved my issues rapidly.

The only complaint I have is the integration between the office to cloud and cloud to tablet is sometimes sluggish.
