Overall, my experience with Capmo was very positive. I found it to be a strong, purpose‑built solution for construction project management, especially for coordinating schedules, managing defects, and keeping documentation centralized. The platform helped improve transparency and communication between site teams and office staff by providing real‑time updates and clear responsibilities. While it took some time to get familiar with all the features, once implemented, Capmo supported more structured workflows and made it easier to keep projects on track.

#### Pros

What I liked most about Capmo was how well it’s tailored to construction project management. The platform brings scheduling, defect management, documentation, and communication together in one place, which made it much easier to keep everyone aligned on site and in the office. I especially appreciated the structured workflows and real‑time updates, which helped reduce miscommunication and kept tasks and deadlines transparent. Overall, it felt purpose‑built for the industry rather than a generic project management tool.

#### Cons

What I liked least about Capmo was that it can feel somewhat rigid compared to more general project management tools. While the structure is helpful, it leaves less room for customization if a team has workflows that don’t fit neatly into the construction‑specific processes Capmo is designed for. I also found that onboarding new users can take some time, as the platform has many features that require proper training to use efficiently. That said, once users are familiar with it, the system works well for its intended purpose.

#### Pros

Hierdurch können wir alle notwendigen Pläne mobil auf dem Smartphone dabei haben und auch offline anwenden. Auffallende Punkte können direkt bei Begehungen an die Nachunternehmer gemeldet werden. Durch die Verortung finden die Firmen auch schneller welche Aufgaben wo zu erledigen sind und bis wann. Das Feedback durch die Firmen klappt über das Ticketsystem deutlich besser, als bisher analog.

#### Cons

Das Dokumentenmanagement hat noch deutliches Verbesserungspotential. Hier muss man ein paar Dinge beachten -> bei Aktualisierung der Pläne muss die Ausrichtung und der Maßstab beibehalten werden, weil sonst die Verortung nicht mehr passt und ebenfalls aktualisiert werden muss.

Das Produkt kann noch so toll sein (ist es nicht), aber bei einer Geschäftsbeziehung begeht man sich in eine Abhängigkeit, die diese Firma gnadenlos und ohne mit der Wimper zu Zucken ausnutzt. Wir haben uns entschieden, lieber ein Ende mit Schrecken als ein Schrecken ohne Ende und nehmen hohe Wechselkosten in Kauf.

Da will ich mich nach den schlechten Erfahrungen mit dem arroganten und entmenschlichten Geschäftsgebaren dieser Firma nicht mehr zu äußern.

Die Art und Weise, wie die Firma mit langjährigen Kunden umgeht, ist unsäglich. Ich kann nur davon abraten, mit dieser Firma eine Geschäftsbeziehung einzugehen. Es kann ihnen passieren, dass ihnen die Preise einfach verdoppelt werden. Und die Wertschätzung als Kunde merkt man daran, dass diese Firma das Gespräch mit Ihnen verweigert. Sie erhalten wenn überhaupt nur anonyme Nachrichten.

Zeitersparnis durch einfache Handhabung und Ticketsystem mit Erinnerungsfunktion!

Gute Bautagebuchfunktionen einschließlich Planverwaltung und Fotoverortung!

Die Jourfixe-Funktion sollte dahingehend verbessert werden, dass zu einzelnen Besprechungspunkten Aufgaben für einzelne Personen auch ohne eine Ticketverknüpfung als Zuständige mit Termin benannt werden können. Ebenso sollte hier die Möglichkeit bestehen Fotos, oder Planausschnitte zu einzelnen Besprechungspunkten zu ergänzen ohne dafür ein Ticket zu erstellen. Sollte das nicht möglich sein, sollten mit einem Besprechungsprotokoll verknüpfte Tickets automatisch oder zur Auswahl als Anlage mit exportiert werden!

Die jeweiligen Softwaretools greifen sehr gut ineinander. Es werden bei Capmo kontinuierlich weitere Tools entwickelt und verwirklicht. Der Support ist vorbildlich aufgestellt, schnell zu erreichen und kompetent besetzt.

Für uns ist die Erstellung von Tickets, deren Nachverfolgung, sowie das Bautagebuch entscheidende Bausteine für die tägliche Arbeit auf unseren Baustellen.

#### Cons

Capmo ist noch nicht "fertig". Es fehlen Filter für die Sortierung der Bauvorhaben nach "eigenem Belieben" oder als Favorit oder alphabetisch.Leider stockt auch die Synchronisation zwischen den Mobilgeräten und dem Server von Zeit zu Zeit. Die Synchronisation muss dann immer manuell mit Umwegen angestoßen werden.
