Pros
- They take care of their customers and the support is second to none. The ComputerEase reports are fantastic and easy to learn.
- Computer Ease helps me keep track of the many facets of our construction company. The customer support is fantastic and very timely with their help.
- The software has the perfect reports already in the reports section through too. LOVE that it imports into EXCEL and Emails directly from Computer Ease.
Cons
- All construction accounting/job costing software has weaknesses. ComputerEase has far less weaknesses than any of the others I've used.
- I get knocked off with a lost connection at least twice a day.
- It can be difficult to find the information you are looking for.
