Pros/Cons
Pros
- During that time have looked at other software and keep coming back to clear estimates because of ease and reliability. I recommend it highly , once you set up your templates you are good to go.
- With the new search feature, I am now extremely happy with this product and am very glad to have found it.
- Clear Estimates seemed to have ease of use and great customer service. The guy you speak with is VERY nice and understanding of your needs.
Cons
- I forgot to shut it down and then got charged for two additional months at $59 a pop.
- It does lack pricing on impact windows , and pricing on roof trusses are off.
- Reports page needs more options. You should be able to put the disclaimer, project disruption etc.
Pros
- We really appreciate the care & dedication Jobbers team takes to ensure their customers are well taken care of, & that the program runs as efficiently as possible.
- Absolutely love having jobber to run our company. Being able to integrate with square and quickbooks allows us to be efficient, effective and on the path to a successful future.
- Still working on getting to know it and having our techs use it. It is a great idea and hoping it will be a good thing for our business.
Cons
- I had to set up an account, reset the password, press cancel and THEN they cancelled it and even though I did not use a single day on the app refused to refund over $1000 in charges.
- No way to require employees to use them on the job. The leadership of this company is scared to death of competition.
- Technicians can't even look at the calendar to see where their next job is. This has been a very disappointing and huge inconvenience.
