Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This software is easy to use, and is effective for all parties to use. It is a fantastic experience.

  • Easy to send deficiencies to trades. The interface was clean and simpled. The tech support was very helpful in trying to convince adoption.

  • Cons

  • Performance - could use some modification to help speed up the process of inputting items. Software can be sluggish at time.

  • The search ability of specific trade items on the app could use some refinement. The project did experience some technical difficulties with connection and access throughout the project.

  • Pros

  • The system had a nice dashboard and the ability to dial in on the numbers. Was easy to search for records and was helpful to project sales

  • I appreciate the way it allows me to see what I have to do next with each client. It puts clients that have urgent needs at the top and highlights them in red when I need to do something for them.

  • Cons

  • Needs a better functioning app. Other than that it is a definitely a great software for our roofing business.

  • The software is great. The mobile app does need some work. Particularly in the search area.
