Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The system had a nice dashboard and the ability to dial in on the numbers. Was easy to search for records and was helpful to project sales

  • I appreciate the way it allows me to see what I have to do next with each client. It puts clients that have urgent needs at the top and highlights them in red when I need to do something for them.

  • Cons

  • Needs a better functioning app. Other than that it is a definitely a great software for our roofing business.

  • The software is great. The mobile app does need some work. Particularly in the search area.

  • Pros

  • It's easy to use. The support team is quick, friendly, and always helpful. Their customer service is excellent!

  • Easy availability of software from anywhere. Vendor support from Tech Team is great. Whatever request we made to change/amend the program was done properly and meets our requirement.

  • Cons

  • Everything is good so far, there were some problem at the beginning, but that might not be the software's problem, and the few bugs have been fixed already.

  • Still some bugs to fix - however they are right on top of them. Other than that I have nothing negative to report.
