Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The system had a nice dashboard and the ability to dial in on the numbers. Was easy to search for records and was helpful to project sales

  • I appreciate the way it allows me to see what I have to do next with each client. It puts clients that have urgent needs at the top and highlights them in red when I need to do something for them.

  • Cons

  • Needs a better functioning app. Other than that it is a definitely a great software for our roofing business.

  • The software is great. The mobile app does need some work. Particularly in the search area.

  • Pros

  • Awesome customer support. Great features. Awesome for construction and collaboration between different trades on a job site.

  • Punchlist process on the app is nice. Easy way to keep track of all of the issues remaining. Can easily sort for different groups or items.

  • Cons

  • It does not have a Search tool to have the ability to find key words and phrases. It seems like they are working on it but it would be very benificial

  • Some of the set up is rather difficult and time consuming... but worth it in the long run. There is also no way to control permissions of users, which would be a great feature!
